This Privacy Policy explains how AteşliPanda handles information when creators use the desktop application and this website. AteşliPanda is an independent creator publishing tool and is not affiliated with TikTok.
1. Information the application may process
Depending on the features a creator chooses to use, AteşliPanda may process the minimum information required by the connected platform, which can include:
- Basic connected-account information made available through authorized scopes, such as an account identifier, display name and avatar.
- Authorization credentials such as access and refresh tokens issued by the connected platform.
- Video files selected by the creator for publishing.
- Post information selected or entered by the creator, such as captions, privacy options and supported interaction settings.
- Technical error information needed to diagnose a failed authorization or publishing request.
2. How information is used
Information is used only to provide the creator-requested features, including account authorization, identifying the connected creator, preparing a publishing request, sending creator-approved content and troubleshooting errors.
3. Platform passwords
AteşliPanda does not request or collect a creator’s TikTok password. TikTok credentials are entered only on TikTok’s own authorization interface.
4. Storage and retention
The desktop application is designed to keep local application data and authorization credentials on the creator’s device except when information must be transmitted to the relevant platform to perform authorization or publishing. Creators can disconnect an account and remove locally stored application credentials. Diagnostic information should be retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to troubleshoot the relevant issue.
5. Sharing and sale of information
AteşliPanda does not sell personal information or creator content. Information is transmitted to the connected social platform only as necessary to complete a creator-requested authorization or publishing action, or when disclosure is required by law.
6. Creator content
Video files selected for publishing remain the creator’s content. AteşliPanda does not claim ownership of creator videos, captions or other original materials.
7. Website analytics and cookies
This static website package does not include advertising trackers, behavioral analytics scripts or third-party marketing cookies. The hosting provider may process standard network and security logs as part of operating its infrastructure.
8. Data security
Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards should be used to protect authorization credentials and creator data. No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
9. Creator choices and requests
Creators can revoke TikTok authorization through TikTok’s own account controls and can remove locally stored AteşliPanda authorization data from the desktop application. Requests relating to AteşliPanda-held information may be submitted through the public support contact once listed on this website.
10. Children
AteşliPanda is not directed to children and is intended for creators who are permitted to use the connected platforms and grant the required permissions under those platforms’ terms.
11. Third-party services
Use of TikTok and other connected platforms is governed by those services’ own terms and privacy policies. AteşliPanda does not control how those third parties process information after it is submitted to them.
12. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated when the application’s features or legal requirements change. The current effective date will be shown at the top of this page.

Before production app review, a public support email for AteşliPanda should be inserted here and on the home page. This package intentionally leaves that address unset rather than publishing an invented contact address.
