These Terms of Service govern use of the AteşliPanda desktop creator publishing tool and related website. By using the service, a creator agrees to these terms and to the applicable rules of any connected social platform.
1. Service purpose
AteşliPanda provides tools for creators to connect authorized accounts, prepare video publishing information, review available settings and send creator-approved content through supported platform interfaces.
2. Account authorization
Creators must authorize connected accounts using the official authorization flow provided by the relevant platform. Creators may revoke access using the platform’s account controls. AteşliPanda does not require creators to disclose their TikTok password directly to the application.
3. Creator responsibility
Creators are responsible for all content they select and publish and must have all rights, licenses and permissions required for that content. Creators must comply with applicable laws and with the destination platform’s terms, community rules and developer requirements.
4. Prohibited uses
A creator must not use AteşliPanda to:
- publish content they do not have the right to use;
- impersonate another person or misrepresent the source of content;
- distribute spam, malware, unlawful material or deceptive content;
- circumvent platform restrictions, authorization requirements, rate limits or safety controls;
- manipulate engagement, followers or platform metrics through prohibited means;
- interfere with or attempt to reverse-engineer protected third-party services in violation of their terms.
5. Publishing confirmation
Where a connected platform requires creator review or consent before direct publishing, AteşliPanda is designed to present the relevant publishing information and require the creator’s explicit confirmation before the post is submitted.
6. Intellectual property
Creators retain ownership of their own content. The AteşliPanda name, logo, website design and application materials remain the property of their respective owner. No rights in third-party platform trademarks are granted.
7. Third-party platforms
AteşliPanda depends on third-party APIs and services that may change, become unavailable or impose new requirements. TikTok and other connected platforms are independent services and are not responsible for AteşliPanda.
8. Availability
The service may be updated, interrupted or modified to maintain compatibility, security or compliance. Continuous or error-free availability is not guaranteed.
9. Disclaimer
To the extent permitted by law, AteşliPanda is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties that every third-party integration will remain available or that every publishing request will succeed.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service owner is not liable for indirect or consequential losses caused by third-party platform outages, creator-provided content, account restrictions or a creator’s failure to comply with platform rules.
11. Suspension of access
Access may be limited or terminated when necessary to protect the service, comply with law or platform requirements, or respond to misuse.
12. Changes
These Terms may be updated when the service changes. The effective date at the top of this page identifies the current version.
